Got a waterproof jacket mind you. Just arranged with oh to make changes to trike this afternoon rather than this morning and get out in the window where it is not raining quite soon.

Now the problem is breakfast. My tongue is playing up which means eating anything is difficult. Need to order some liquid zinc...

Hurts to much and it's larger than it should be...
Imagine biting your tongue then drinking lemon juice. That is how it is for me always.

Google geographic tongue. Caution the images are not suitable for breakfast viewing for anyone without a strong stomach.

My version, as ######## ing always is permanent and chronic and unless I can keep it on check is exceptionally bad. I have had time when it is that bad I have not been able to eat out drink for several days, cue a&e for iv fluids... Zinc usually keeps it is check but a new one which claims to be 50mg zinc is either not or in the wrong form and is not working, so time to go back to the old 25mg tablets and get some emergency liquid in as well. Both need ordering, so I'm off to spend some money...

Learned how to eat without using it due to chewing it and the inside of the mouth.
