I think its on airliners.net, pilot forum. Its an old one now. But appeared after the last round of security alerts.
Pilot pointing out that they'd to hand their pen over before boarding the plane, dangerous, but they had an axe in the cockpit.

Local avian have definitely had spring in their tunes this morning.
Just wish this spell of strong winds would abate, I've experienced a few scary side swipes.

A little bit hazy, you can see the mountain range to the east and they are 20 odd miles away

Late on parade, morning tea landers, off out for a walk with kids in a bit round ferry meadows ,then brekkie at the new cafe boating centre..nice place to have a walk ,the cafe is the building on the other side ofthe lake.
