More sort of 'English but with a hint of Wales' really. In proper Wales they don't even speak English.

Im sure some of them don't speak any kind of language at all. They just grunt now and again.

A day on the sunbeds
or stamping on the cranks ?

Lovely and sunny again but strong wind again. Not warm enough for sun bathing and I don't do that sort of thing.
30 odd miles into a strong headwind, stopped for lunch, turned back north as far as Selva and thought got to turn left and go climbing up the Selva Gorge into the mountains.
Coffee and cake at the cafe at the top near the monastery then the long descent.
68 for today, 328 miles in 5 days and only 1 day where I haven't been climbing

Picked up litter today, manky b's but now it was flood defence work(check stream grids are clear)..
