So, another no commute today. After work we are taking a colleague out for afternoon tea after work to cheer her up after she lost her dad last week. Better cake, tea and friends we thought than card and flowers.

Sorry to hear about your colleague's dad.....and I agree taking her out sounds a much nicer thought than flowers and cards

Another chilly one here, maybe not quite as cold as yesterday morning. Off for my constitutional with Millie pooch then might squeeze in a short cycle before the rain comes later again.

We're planning a Wales trip for June..prob Snowdon Area but I fanvy Mid Wales?
Any recomendations for a base ? Be 3,4 days poss 5 so self catering.
what's worth a look etc

You'll be lucky. Most places will be booked up already. Just type in self catering in mid wales., you may get lucky. Good luck

We stayed at a lovely place in Ross on Wye last year for Symonds Yat Monmouth etc so as long as its an hrs drive to areas I dont mind as the views are the main thing for us flat landers


kids are off to Ruthin soon Llandegla area..I want to see more north west Anglesea etc too
