Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
Alternative form of resitance training, that's all.

I have a feeling that very little resistance would be encountered where the eating of cake is concerned.

Parkin has to be allowed to mature so you get the sticky top to it! The trick is to make one this week and serve last week's ;)
Of course this does mean you either have to make one and go without for a week, or opt for the make 2, eat 1 and squirrel the other away for a week approach. I usually settle for that latter.
but the diet and me not being able to cook at the moment has that one hold!

@Fubar where's that vegan soup ;) hasn't it gone bad by now, or curdled with all that cycling trying to get here

There might still be some at the bottom of my panniers - I could look for you? Should be able to cut a slice of it by now! Nom nom...

Sat at the cafe at the monastery and the new Onepro Cycling team have just gone by to do the Selva Gorge descent.
Is it Matt Prior the former England wicketkeeper that is behind them.
I seem to remember reading one of those <this famous person also loves cycling> regular monthly features in Cycling Plus or summat a while back.

I think quite a few of the celeb/ex sportsman types get to tag along with Pro Teams occasionally.

It's his team and idea, part funded on Indiegogo with memberships of the team available for £25 or £100... Got a few good pros from the British scene, Yanto Barker, Chris Opie etc.
