I'm back...

been told off....

overdid it after the cycling trying to sort some bits out on the trike and had to wait for my husband to get home before I could get up the stairs. he was off out doing the shopping. I was on the point of getting into his bed in the sitting room and lying down in his sleeping bag when he arrived home. He had to help me up the stairs, holding my hips to steady me and helping me up each step in turn physically taking some of the weight off my legs.

He says he doesn't want a cake for his birthday tomorrow :birthday: I has going to have tried to make him one today  It would have been a lemon drizzle cake or something similar. He won't even make himself one for some reason!

He'll have nothing to put in that b****y breadbin I have bought him!

He's out looking at my trike right now because one of the parking brake brakepads has come out and it appears to be missing its pin to hold it in... luckily I found the pad by the front door because they are special ceramic/css pads and cost £££ (but don't wear out very quickly even when not being used as a parking brake)...

Most brake pads last longer if you don't use them!
