Morning. Just finished my coffee before my dog walk. Think I made it a bit strong........maybe give me some energy to get the day going. Looking a bit dismal and grey with the chance of showers.
Morning all, strong coffee here as well.

I've had a Greggs breakfast, and as they often do, the person serving me looked in the bottom of the cup and said, "that's all it is you know?"

I just nodded, so he stuck another double espresso in to fill the cup up a bit, double double, top class.

Do they not have same day emergency appointments that you have to ring first thing in the morning for?
I don't know. It's a new GP and not sure how they work yet (I booked an appointment online) so maybe they do have - I'll be ringing them shortly.

Me too @Mo1959
It's been bad for a while and I was at the GP last week, who said to keep taking the pain meds and moving it.
I've been doing that but it's unbearable now. I think it needs re-x-rayed for a start, as it's been several years so who knows what the joint is like now

We all seem to be a bunch of crocks in here just now

I am currently waiting on getting some bloods done just to check things as I've been struggling with really heavy, tired legs lately. Can only describe it as being like having lactic acid in them all the time and as soon as I put in the slightest effort, they start to burn and want to pack up on me. Weight is creeping up too even although I'm exercising so wondered about under active thyroid. We shall see. Sometimes it can just be viral and disappear on its own. The body is a mysterious thing sometimes!

Isn't it just!
I've had arthritis in my spine and neck since I was 30 but it's only the past few years it's really started to bother me.
