Seen at least four Class 43 hst sets on the London-Bristol route, one Bristol bound 3 car class 158 set delayed after a level crossing failure, a 3 car class 150 set coupled with a class 153 car at the front destined for Avonmouth, a Freightliner class 66 hauling a lot of shipping containers, a two car class 150 set heading to Weymouth... :whistle::ohmy:

Had a good day today,house was different "hardwick hall"to the usual and a nice sunny day in Mansfield.
the sandwich and gynormous lump of coffee and walnut cake was awsome..

off on a very long ride out tomorrow as me and son in law are doing werrington to fineshade cafe which is around 20miles..then a hr or so round wakerly wood then home...ive not done 30 off road miles yet. But im going to take plenty of fluids with my glucose sugar and a pinch of salt ,so I should be fine.ill see how many miles but im thinking 50 touch!!

Very cloudy and overcast and windy.
We got out for 50 miles and got back before the rain.
