Right, coffee finished. Off with the pooch. Outside sticky thermometer has fallen off the window so I have no idea what temperature it is out there. Lol.

I have been suffering your "wooden legs" thing for a bit now.

Think it is general tiredness & maybe linked to a bad back that has returned/never went away, this time it has gone down my leg.

Physio said to go back if it spread to the legs (don't know why) they didn't say..

I have a mate who is getting an MRI scan because his is in his leg & they suspect a disc is trapping a nerve.

It's a pain.............literally. I have had numbness in parts of my leg and foot ever since having a bad bout of sciatica around 6 years ago. MRI did show herniated L4 and L5 discs but I don't really fancy surgery unless it gets even worse. The numbness is annoying and it is obviously not going to go away or it would have done so by now I would think.

I can't help feeling that if there are nerves running to the legs being squeezed, it must surely affect the power going to the legs.
