I was coming down a stretch for the second run (it was a bit muddy and lots of roots and loose foliage) and I hit a patch of soft earth/mud mud at the wrong angle, panicked and hit the brakes. This was enough to halt the bike and throw me off sideways. I landed on my back with a thud and lay there laughing, while my cycling buddy filmed it with my go pro. My first question was..."Did you catch that?'
