Nice wee 115k today - cold, wet, warm, cold, wet, windy. Stuck in the big ring so was a bit harder than it should have been - bike needs some TLC.

Stuck? or part of training regime?
I try to avoid using the little ring. Been doing the climbs here in the big ring admittedly a 50 but still hard work.
