I got out of bed at 8:30am today, which for me is very late (even for a day off work) because it would normally be about 7am on days off. Autumn chill is in the air with the temperature about 5.5°C outside. I've had a hot shower and now a hot .

Let's hope I find something useful to do with my 4 day weekend. I can think of a few (provided I feel well enough): garden needs weeding, lawn needs mowing, and my driveway needs sweeping and weeding, so that's about half a days work right there. My cycling logs application (the one I wrote myself) needs some improvements and a few bug fixes, but I won't spend the entire long weekend on that, lest I go square-eyed. Grocery shopping needs to be done also, so I'll do that tomorrow and Monday, and sadly enough it will probably be the most exciting part of the weekend.

My neighbours probably think I'm odd enough as it is, given that my driveway is ALWAYS empty. Riding that contraption would just confirm it. It looks like a nice machine, though.
