Evening all! 101k ride today, legs were burst after commuting to work yesterday - but at least it was nice!

Lovely evening here, my neighbour is out cutting his grass, I'm inside drinking a beer watching chelski v the potters.

Job done, on a tram back to car....


Spilled coffee granules all over inside of the car earlier.... ran out of coffee at home for my flask, so called at tesco, bought a jar of cheapo & forgot to bring a spoon, tried guessing amount & pouring from jar to flask (inside the car) big mistake.

Will be hoovering out car in the morning.
