As if I would.

Can you not put up a hook to hang your helmets from?
No, we have hooks but the helmets (x4) rattle around and are a pain when needing to access the cupboard where they hang (above).
The shelf is now in situ

Evening all..:cuppa:

I have now found out just how good at packing I am. I emptied a shed that I'm keeping to make some space for the bits of 'stuff' I want to keep in another shed that I'm dismantling and chucking. (Are you following this so far..? Do you care?)
So that's two sheds worth of stuff emptied out, much, very much 'stuff' sorted into keep and throw, loaded throw stuff into vehicle and taken it to various centres of recycling excellence, got home, re sorted keep stuff and organised and restored into freshly installed tidy hanging hooks and shelves in keep shed. Tomorrow, dismantling and chucking rotting shed.
A medal please....someone? :okay:
By the way, jobs like this are not suitable for those of a 'Arrgghhhh It's a spider/creepy crawly thing!!!!' persuasion.

It's driven by our need to sell the house... in order for us to show how lovely and spacious it is we'll have to declutter a lot!
Mrs IDM is doing inside, (which is another two loads of stuff at least...so far) and her car takes a lipstick and an emergency brolly and it's full, so I'm doing the loading and recycling runs too.

Go on, let him do it, by my recent experience I can say that many spiders will be glad of the room.

I'm a stereotypical Scot. I've no inclination or money to bother with my grey hair.
Sometimes I think I should make more of an effort but hey a good part of the day my head is stuck in a helmet so... no much point.
Someone asked if I was a pensioner, like her. :cry:I know that my hair has no pigment at all, and hasn't since 1980 when they took out the plates that they screwed in to fix my skull back together 18 months earlier but, I have great skin and I don't look like a pensioner.

I normally have an ash blonde rinse through it but I was having a hard time at home and was depressed, so I dyed it purple for a few months. Then it went brown, then an auburn colour (which I hated) so I got something to strip the colour out. It's left a nice dirty blonde colour and I love it. I do have to go to meetings from time to time and it's nice to look like I haven't had a helmet on my head for hours. I don't commute by bike when I have meetings.
