Morning Teepees! (Evening @Edwardoka) off to werk shortly - sad day, my office buddy leaves today for pastures new

Hopefully,be a day of nonsense (in between work, obviously...) to give her a good send off.

Have a great day!

Morning Mr Fu :hello:
Its a shame when good colleagues leave. We have had a load go to another company, and the problem is that tends to leave the k**bs.

Morning all.
Organised to ride at 10.30am but not feeling the love right now.
I'm now convinced my hip issue is Arthritis. Ow well, hopefully I will manage to get out.

Use it or lose it is my motto. As a result of a childhood accident I have a deformed left hip joint that resulted in me limping my way into adulthood and left me with arthritis from an early age. I was once told I'd be likely to have my first hip replacement by my early 50's. I engaged in all manner of sports to a decent club level and am now in my 60's with both hips still my own, so to speak. Admittedly I get a lot of pain but not so much to slow me down much.

Never say die!!
