It's a dreich Monday morning. Perfect morning for the first commute after a sunny holiday fortnicht.
Aauch weel, only 100 commutes (750 miles) to summer holidays.

Been a wee shower of the wet stuff here too. Supposed to be nicer later and for the rest of the week until Friday when the rain returns.

Off dog walking first. Not sure about a cycle. Did a 250 mile week last week and really need either a rest day or a very slow tootle to ease the legs.

Very true, as you say a spin the day after a hard ride stops the legs feeling worse a couple of days later.
I will be out for a spin after yesterdays audax that we turned into a fast hard ride.
