I actually enjoy a walk or jog in the dark with the head torch. Something a bit mesmerising and peaceful just being in your own little pool of light and everything quiet round about you.

Leave the light off and see what you see and hear, once your eyes get used to the lower light level.

I used to commute in devon on my bike: with the front light off you can see a great deal in the night, and moonloght is amazing.

Unfortunately with Dynamo lights this is more difficult.

Finally went to the hairdressers and got a haircut.

Sounds like nothing at all, but high sensitivity & introversion can make this sort of thing very unnerving, so I've been putting it off for weeks.
