Be careful with him. Painfull extraction yesterday at the till, before being assigned to bag duty.

Morning peeps. Another frosty one here this morning but the early plod has been done.

Off to visit dad down in Ninewells this afternoon. He's going to be down there over Christmas which isn't great but can't be helped.

What'd tha do to plod, and can it be proved beyond all reasonable doubt?

Well that was a new experience !
Didn't make sandwiches this morning, CBA so had extra 20 minutes in bed, nothing open near depot *Oldham* so went hunting for scran. Too early for the fast food shops to open & really wanted English food but spied a bakery, Asian as it turned out to be, so in the end found myself enjoying 2 sheesh kebab rolls for elevenses.

Extractions have been going on for over 40 years..
It makes no difference now

This was as clear as it got on my way out but improved later, enjoyed looking down on a fantastic inversion in the river valley..
The usual 'go-to' bike ride...
Listened to one of the Cycling Podcast 'Explore' podcasts.
