Just being in hospital will make him feel like like that,It's such a handy loop, and usually a good surface all year round.
Not sure what to be up to the rest of the day. I'm hoping they will give dad his angioplasty today. It's booked but not guaranteed it will be done. The covers were off his legs yesterday and I was absolutely horrified at his left leg and foot. Circulation has obviously gone and it is purple and black and cold. If they don't get this done pronto, he will lose his foot. Poor old bugger was really low yesterday.![]()

A sunny Merry Xmas to you bothThought I'd pop in and wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
I haven't read back through the thread so I just hope all in Tealandia are keeping well.
Mrs Blue and myself are managing well and we made it back to Cyprus again this Winter so we are enjoying the winter sun one more time.
I'm still busy working on the Alzheimer's site and getting great feedback that shows I'm making a positive impact on peoples lives so it continues to be rewarding. The cases on the site can be harrowing at times but I'm able to remain detached and help people while, at the same time, learning how to deal with my own possible future.
You managed to spread your wings again, to fly south. Enjoy the warmer weather.Thought I'd pop in and wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Yes indeed. It gets harder each year but 'we' managed it.You managed to spread your wings again, to fly south. Enjoy the warmer weather.
Swallows do that late September usually.
Just a stop-off on their flight back home.Yes indeed. It gets harder each year but 'we' managed it.
Out walking along the coast in shorts and T shirt today and the beach was quite busy - still hard to believe, given that it's 24/12.
In past years, we have seen swallows nesting here for a while during Sept/October and then again in April before moving on. I don't know if that's during their migration or if they just come here to nest.
