    Nice one Mo.
Forecast seems decent for the week. Off on Wednesday and Thursday so hopefully out on the bike, it will be so much better than on the rollers in the garage

    Here's one for you,

How would you feel about controlling a train where you can't override the braking system?

As in the train controls the brakes. The dead mans brake has been removed from the cabs, on the latest loco's/rolling stock headed our way.

Certain underground stock has automatic braking curves

Tunnels aside, these will be above ground. Won't work properly with curved platforms either.

Bear in mind the recent signal replacement work as well.

I'm a Weetabix fan these days. Got little bits of red berries in it. If it's cold I make it with warm milk.

Brisk walk twice round the trail this morning. Probably over 6 miles. Mild and breezy and the rain stayed off.

Not sure what the rest of the day holds. Probably not a lot!

    Thought it was.
    You could have had both!
Now's a good time to stock up on bimbles as they wake from their winter hibernation. They'll not be as quick, so easier catch.

    Morning??
