I'd a good, through look and nothing found plus it was a slow so I assume it may have been a thorn piercing the tyre but not sticking...Did you find what caused it? i.e. thorn?

checked wheel for anything...
I use CO2 so I let that out when I got home and pumped it up to pressure so we'll see in the morning..
