Good afternoon. I'm still in Kingsgate. Its blowing a gail out there but blazing sunshine too! Very bracing. Ate a huge bowl of mussels for last night's dinner - delicious. Tonight its oysters followed by fresh crab bought from a stall in Ramsgate - which I think I'll turn the crab into crab-cakes, with a little chilli and coriander. As I'm a fanatical cook, I even cook all the meals on holiday!
