I was feeling a bit stiff at the end of yesterdays ride and was a bi worried until I realised I'd ridden ca. 200km in three days.

(And I know I haven't written any of them up...)

Long, busy day yesterday,
so maybe a just laze day...

Not bad at all..
just over 3 Mo's....
(a Mo is 40 miles or 64k)

I might just go up and watch planes land..


The big Airbus for t'other night,
as you see it's a big occasion oop here..

Ah, good old Bootle...Noggin's BFF:okay:. Coniston on the 13th (not on the bike though, walking with the folks). Lots of friendly Herdwicks around!
