Morning. Chilly today, so I immediately made a tea, then finished it before I'd made my toast, so obviously I had to make another: can't have toast without tea. Drank the tea while doing some tidying up.
Realised I still hadn't eaten any toast, and was halfway through the third mug of tea before I realised what I'd done.
Will now wait until after lunch before the next mug: otherwise it'll be coming out of my ears.
