I stopped in Tel Aviv about five years ago for work, didn't get time for the beach though, it's not cheap either.Well, dog was taken for for a walk in the thunder and lightening and was unperturbed. He doesn't like the rain, though. Youngest daughter has gone to Tel Aviv for a holiday (on her own). Why Tel Aviv? You might well ask. But, I gather its a very cosmopolitan city and (my geography must be bad), I didn't realise that it had a beach!
Can you still say manning? There's a few female Train Drivers up these parts!I'll think of you manning that big train set.![]()
I don't know! She does her research but hasn't mentioned the security queues.I stopped in Tel Aviv about five years ago for work, didn't get time for the beach though, it's not cheap either.
Does she know she's in for a long queue at security on the way back?
Well at least you know, so if she moans about it upon returning you can say she should have known!I don't know! She does her research but hasn't mentioned the security queues.
I wouldn't have said it - but I know @172traindriver is a man and (as you very well know @classic33), I was being a bit flirty. But you have a good point there. I don't really like the word woman either... etymologically it means wife of man or something similar. So its not really a better word in terms of equality! Language is a minefield. But you got me thinking!4
