Surprisingly, no; there re some places in the world where a Yorkshire accent isn't immediately recognised.

As I don't have a very strong Yorkshire accent when speaking English, that probably doesn't come out mush either.
Last of the Summer Wine and James Herriot for next Fiday then.

All ticked and today's has already started..
I live in drudgery:laugh:
It's plant feed day but firstly, another:cuppa:
Owdo

All ticked!
You were supposed to pick only one and stick at it. You don't want to overdo it whilst the weather is warm.
Take it easy feeding the plants. Any misbehave, they go without.

What part of Scotland is drudgery in?

Morning??

Plants are doing fine, tomato plants are starting to produce small fruit, tottie bag has tremendous growth (hopefully some spuds will come out of it).
Peas are rampant in their containers, had to pinch the tips, tried onion sets in a tottie bag so I dunno how its going on but tall green growth.

You'll be used to the neighbours wondering what you're doing watering the plants, whilst it's raining, by now.

Will you have enough tatties in yer totties for a decent meal. Rampant peas, they'll invade the house at night. Watch yer windows!

I'd a OT job during summer months of heading out and watering the area hanging baskets, area was split into 7 parts (handy) and it if it rained then we fed the baskets and the questions and abuse we got:laugh:
I saw the other day when I was back though my old stomping ground, they still use the same type of flowers in the beds I once planted, same varieties, same colour and same layout...
I now refuse to plant antirrhinums, geraniums and amaranthus among a couple of others..
exception though for lobelia^_^

They'll be putting those back out down here, Britain In Bloom, including what they have left of the planters.

They water them to a timetable, even if it rains. Water tanker, small towable type, no plant food.

Morning and happy Solstice. I was up extra early to see it in and had a wander up to the Turret Reservoir. Wee bit too much cloud for a nice sunrise though and it was a tad nippy up there too. Enjoyed it though.
Should have nipped up and seen the mountain hares which frequent the highest spot about there.
Have to roll out that well kent saying ' Nights are fair drawing in'^_^
Maybe I should change my cycle times but I'm too soft now...
It's been wet here so one job not needed:laugh:
