Didn't feel like it for me. I tried a run this morning but cut it short as I felt I could hardly breath the air felt so heavy.

Tennis watching this afternoon as it's a Tour rest day.

Wimbledon is a curse,
I dread it as the language can be quite fruity from someone..
Wish I'd a fiver for every time, I've Sir Andy loudly called a 'muppet' (among other things)..

I'd watch it with the sound off, yon grunting is terrible..

Intermittent drizzle and no wind.
Went to the pharmacy for routine prescriptions and at 9 o'clock had to wait until shop cleared and then when I got back out there was a large queue of tourists waiting to get in.
No wonder locals are complaining again about not being able to get on ferries.

flights are now just starting from our airports to some foreign destinations,
Just turn up the midges to Nuclear...
that'll chase them away..
I'll wait until next year to visit, I need another bottle of Whitetail..

it stopped within a mile and nothing the whole cycle but I missed a couple of tasty downpours I'm told..
a bit breezy at times but hey!
Glad I got my erchie oot

I would certainly not recommend a visit currently. The place is heaving and on my trike I am confined to a short run early morning at the end of each week as then the roads are almost tolerable during changeover at the holiday houses.

a 256 mile round trip, we recently did an 134 ml round trip to try a chippy
The road between Pennyghael and the Iona ferry lets just say, was memorable as I picked out a baling out point if I saw anything coming towards me in some sections, and of course, the frightened look of any motorhome driver on most roads.

Chippy visit an essential journey then. Any opticians nearby?

I'd to check that one, and there's as many saying yes as there are no. And a variety of ways it could be done. Wouldn't surprise me though.

The shoes have gone from leather, with pin heads(small nails) taking up toe and heels, to fiberglass(metal plates) on heel and toes, to carbon fibre with plates.

What's tha doing overnight that you need decent weather.
