This is the week of aborted trips. Trip to Suffolk cancelled as we spent best part of the day in casualty then in the thrombosis unit at Addenbrookes. Not me this time but him. It turned out he had a blood clot in the leg. Hopefully we may get to the coast tomorrow...

Was going to go out for a ride and see if my carbon needed one last trip to my LBS for fine tuning... small shower followed by a torrential downpour 30mins later..... Nope nope nope, Im good. its nice and dry in this house!
