I've worked on the opposite end of the phone banking, and there's ways and means you'd never thought off for it going wrong.
Council office was just up the road, less than 100 yards, so paid there. No council housing now and the building was flattened over 10 years ago.
Not so many the last two years, obvious reasons, but aye they're still around. Here at least.
