I concurI disagree, that's still cooking..
What'll it do for her walking speed.Experiment with some Scottish artisanal faves like mince and tatties
You'd be a 20mph average cycling Mo in no time![]()
Have you any better theories.I've set up a Go Pro below the toaster to test your theory, others at different angles....
will report later..
Thin air?
I concur

A 10 minute hill walk, she'd catch up with herself going round. The porridge after 10 minutes or when the walk is completed?Do a 10 mile walk in 30 mins, means more time for porridge
I'd be happy with that..
Right now, I'd be happy walking the length of myself![]()

And why wouldn't you...
Yer not that bad surely
Retiring from the hills isn't an option. You'll have to make do with taking longer to get up them.Think I'm retiring from hills..
maybe the odd wee one
had big plans to try some 23cm stuff from local high spots but not now...
I'm in Limbo ( Mid Atlantic, turn right and travel for 3,000miles)..
might have beer tonight..
might?
it works again..

Mo does "hilly willy walks", you want to do "wee ones". Is it summat in the water/air up at those latitudes.
You can spend longer at the top, once you get there.
Somewhere in the South Atlantic then. Warmer water and climate. But only if you turn left, not right.
Might and might, do the two go together giving the result posted?
Simple clean got it going again?
How'd it get that dirty in the first place, given all the rain you say you get.Yep, a clean was successful
Mo's a young 'un compared to me...
I get to be a septuagenarian next year😢
Falklands would be ideal,
would get pounded if on the radio plus I hear the fishing is well good...
I'd have to move myself though...
bye dear![]()

The infamous three score and ten!
They might be good, but it's uphill from most points of civilization. Below freezing temperatures in the winter, although snowfall is measured in feet not inches. Pack yer sledge!
You'll get there, sometime. What ship are you sailing on.

OwdoGood day
WX not having a clue what to do here..
at least no early morning sun in me eyes
I'll cycle...and swim.
Strap Polly on me back and grease up.....
Pink bathing cap too.....
Owdo
Been that way for the last month.
Think the early morning sun is done for this year now. Possibly the midday sun as well.
There's no rowing boats you can "borrow"? Keep Polly dry at least.
So that'll be head north, swim to Iceland, cycle across followed by another dip between Iceland and Greenland. Overland on Greenland before the third dip to Canada, where it's downhill, easy going, all the way to Argentina.
I'll sponsor you a £1 for every mile cycled, £2 for every mile swam.
Will two £20's and a £10 do?Just send me a crisp £50 note and that'll be you covered..
(no refund if venture doesn't come to fruition)
I promise I won't waste it on wine, women and song....
maybe
![]()
women and song..
no just song, its safer
I didn't realise how close Iceland was to Scotland, been noting small planes fuelling up at Wick then hopping across to Keflavik then further west...with a 10% in case you get 'lost'.. interesting.
Will two £20's and a £10 do?
£50's are treated with suspension, not taken.
It has to start, at the least.
Wine, you! It'll be spent on apple juice, or similar.
It'll mean less time in the water. And when you get to Canada, it's downhill all the way to the Argentine/Chile border. Then a quick paddle to The Falklands.
The other option, is an inflatable boat, you can paddle. Keep Polly out of the salt water.
As does "women and strong whisky".Wine, women and song has that 'ring' to it...
Beer or apple juice just don't have that cache...
plus women, nah, if I took Mrs M she'd only try tell me the wrong road, I'll say turn left..
no, the opposite gets done most of the time..
I use reverse psychology though
I'll stick to song....
nah, I screech..
Headed out at lunchtime for a wee dawdle,
much warmer than I though,
a chilled can of lemonade gratefully grabbed out the fridge alter Pol was parked up...
Might have a beer later.
