Yep, done that a few times at work.......it is very very frustrating, to the point where usually passed the buck and charged someone else with the responsibility.

My untangling was a labour of love. The jewellery box had been unopened for well over 25 years and had been transported, along with other family stuff, hither and thither, ending up in a loft in Ipswich.
It now resides in Northampton. Untangled.
