We must keep them as a family...
It's the cost of feeding them but it is worth it....

Crossword is the NY Times one..c'mon..
only (9) no (4,5) with these mofos..
I try to keep the grey matter turning over..
Out earlier trying to 'hit' my node at home from a high spot but on one hop..
At least the signal eventually gets there through a router above Linlithgow I'm guessing,11.00
I am in a pretty poor place for this..
Bloke heading to the area I might put a solar node on, if I can get a signal straight there.
He's replacing one with a problem, now fixed but to the E is the hill blocking me but not that far a plod so hopefully if he has a portable node I'll pick him up. Fingers crossed
You feed your smoke alarms! No wonder one went off!
Or, do you mean the "Toodle Twins".

Out enjoying the sunshine before the promised snow next week?
Sounds as though it's helping you get to sleep, eventually... Wouldn't just turning yer head on a regular basis be easier. You do alright with the NY Times crossword, try the Times crossword. Supposed to be a similar step up from the sun to the daily mail.
Out walking or were you driven there, before being dropped off.
You try to hit your own node? Can't you work out on yer extensive map collection the best areas to try, before you venture forth...
Like the use of yer wording "eventually". Sounds as though you didn't expect it to get there, and it did as if to prove you wrong.

Snow chance....
That'll be fun for the young 'uns...
I was a Times crossword do'er many moons ago..
Felt strange buying it just for the crossword.....
a 2 a week finish?
Got almost half NYT done already....
I was watching the end of the ball of base when I remembered a brown spotted banana was downstairs...
I'll blame the imaginary mouse if Mrs M's eagle eyes spot it gone...
I stuck the node up the loft and is performing slightly better.
Up for a quick blast on't radio...

aaaaaaaaaaand back to snoooooooze

Well there's sum and snow, one of the two will be true.
You'll get a chance to help build them a snowman, whilst they watch from inside.
Never been a crossword fan missen, someone to ask on the clues but I doubt I've ever started one.
Two a week weren't bad, left you another four should you have need of them.
From last weeks "paper"/issue?
Winning team deserve to win... Enjoy it.
Would that be a sighting of the Lesser Brown Spotted Banana. Shy and seldom seen a second time. You can blame any noise heard in the attic on the same mouse that took the banana. Whether she'll believe you is another thing entirely. You'll have hid the skin well, no doubt.
Anything, anyone out there?

T'was all a dream, just a dream...
Imaginary mouse aside...

Some parts nearby saying 3c...
5.1c at the Towers....

Out a wee run with Mrs M, just an extended round the block with my alternate Meshtastic node..
another unit (longer battery life) winging its way just now)..it's waiting anyway..
Mrs M noticed the banana had gone...
Sitting next to bright, healthy ones, but I like the more ripened banana..
I've still 25% to do so maybe later..
Pansies to plant this afters...

Any frost warnings...
Low teens here at present. Wait and see if it cools enough tonight for Jack to visit.

She doesn't mind being your chauffer whilst you do yer experimenting? Did it bring better results than yer regular one, or too early yet t'tell.
How long were yer wee trip round the block if you need better battery life.
She didn't believe yer tail about the mouse then.
Prefer them at the green end than the brown-black missen.
Planting out or in pots.

4c forecast but feeling like 2 so they say...
Time for the thicker duvet thing....

Nah, doesn't bother,
started faffing about with it in the afternoon and gone all weird,
I'll have a look at it tomorrow...

I always get the 'here we go again' look.....
Prefer the small brown dots, too large are too sugary.......
All our plants are potted..

Sky were went an odd colour for a while earlier. Not a good sign...
You reckon the thicker duvet thing will work as expected.

Yer lucky, especially with yer bad ankle at present.
Gone weird. You, Mrs M or yer latest project?
If it's yer latest project, any idea where to start trying to work it out.

That sort of look, seen just before she realises there's something she can get whilst out driving you round.
They don't stay small dots very long these days. Don't stay green or yellow for very ling either.
Not one planted out in the garden?

Isn't windy woo weather due darn sarff?
You see massive headlines about weather events, and click and it's down south.
We've lived with stormy, excessive rain, feet deep snow and nothing,
it's just the cards we are dealt with up here..
1cm of snow in the Home Counties?
Military on standby...
(a bit OTT but reasonably true....)

I read somewhere yesterday that we are in a trickle up economy...
see HST to Brum...
I'm off before I go off on a Bob rant....

I think there's a light breeze forecast for down London way...
The snow mentioned was for Scotland, with a possibility of it exceeding the Scottish border by a slight bit.
Too many wouldn't last the week if they couldn't get out. Events of five years ago proved it, and it were fine weather. Snow and ice(possibility of) is the end of the world for many these days.
The snow starts sticking and there's blind panic dahn there.
Only slightly OTT. There's been cries for them to be brought out to clear the roads, more than once.

You could well be right...
If they ever get it there. Does make you wonder how those that built the early railways managed.
Have a rant, get it off yer chest. It'll do you good(or yer blood pressure at least)...

It has got colder...
extra blanket today (almost said tonight)
Funnily we haven't been stuck in for many years now..
That's done it now, eh?
I see many berries hanging on the rowan trees, they say that is a sign of a harsh winter ahead..
An old Bob's tale maybe..

Can't sleep so radio..
Anyhow, back to try..
