No snow here for two years (maybe three?). In the past I had to take the executive decision to close down my whole place of work due to snow. So we have had it bad down here.

I remember how you commented that it made you feel cold when I posted an earring photo once as I had bare arms. I then did an earring picture all wrapped up in a scarf, for you! I've taken out batteries on your advice. I need them anyway to use in the back-up camera. £170 plus VAT to repair the Pentax.
Let the shop pull it out, if they're fixing it. Tea towel over the camera & hand if you're set on pulling it out with pliers. There's not much inside the plastic of those cards.
It's stuck in the camera!
