I used to go out with them about once a month on the Sunday run.

Since I last went about three years ago it looks like they've added a few new faces, but the older Sunday lot were sound and never left anyone stranded. On my first ride I was told, "if you start out with us, you're coming home with us."

The racing lads on a Saturday morning are a bit different, it's a training ride and if you get dropped that's tough.
