Morning Mr Bob and all other lurkers. I have had a brisk morning walk. Had thought about an early cycle but the mojo has currently got up and gone. To be windy later and wet by afternoon.

Maybe the mojo's gone on a bike ride!

Well yes, rather Mr Classic.
One hasn't been very well for over the last week with a cold and bad cough. The cough hasn't been getting any better so I decided it was time to go visit Bones
He tells me I have bronchitis and has given me a course of tablets and an inhaler.

I think I will brave the wind

I ended up braving it too. Was a tad gusty, especially heading back home into it. Not very far or very fast but at least I went. Well timed for once as it is now starting to rain.

Aye, the wind was blowing the way it shouldn't have according to the forecast, at a junction, I thought I'll avoid the Beith Rd from Elderslie to Howwood and just use the track, bad move..
Once I left it and got onto some ascents I felt much better, crosswinds on exposed bits were hairy, to be honest.
Oh, and I got soaked

Afternoon tea/coffee drinkers, a of java has my name on it...
