Wow, what a day..
Two lots of cycling, rugby to watch...
listened to it on my run out....

An awfy short one this late afternoon but couldn't sit any longer.

Enjoy your evening:okay:
Well done. I am now feeling guilty that I didn't also manage even a short spin. I enjoyed watching the rugby though.

Ta!
I saw a wee bit before I headed, 19-13 at that point, a wee old radio strapped on and I have the game to watch later.
A good result...

I didn't feel that good when out,
It was still a bit breezy on the way back.
Feet up and try to get my mojo back..

Sorry to hear that. Thought your last move was your last move though.
Hubster not keen on the 60 mile commute for dialysis. It costs a fortune just to exist here, we'd have been better off in Newquay or Truro. Also, my knees are killing me. I tried to see the doc and was told not to be so daft as I'm 64 now and should expect that my knees would hurt. When I last looked I was 52. I have tried to get an appointment with a different doc in the practice but nothing until March 6th (this was on Feb 13th that I asked). I want to shift to somewhere more sensible to live

Is rhubarb a usual addition to lamb tagine?
No. But sour tastes are - and often pickled lemon is added. Hence my punt on this dish substituting sour rhubarb for pickled lemon...

I've a cupboard downstairs full of gluten, dairy free and gawd knows what else free.
I'd miss my four/ five pints a day habit...
I could replace it with (distilled) apple juice:whistle:

When I drank instant, I'd be like a bear with a sore head without, with ground it doesn't bother me, I SAID IT DOES'NT BOTHER ME, RIGHT?
nah, I'm okay with the withdrawals on the ground stuff
A "free" free cupboard then?
