We were somewhere too. We decided to try a pub that's frequented by English ex-pats - a place we've just walked past every Saturday night as it always seemed so sedate. A couple of dozen Athenians, who were on holiday, came in and when I got up and started singing in Greek they darn near lifted the roof off the place and started Greek dancing around the tables with Mrs B hauled into the dance-line. The local Cypriots are so used to me singing in Greek that it's been a while since I've had that sort of reaction. Great night to round off the week-end.

I did try the ' buy a bar of choc for dad so he doesn't feel left out' bit,
'On yer bike, Bob' they echoed.
The 'Bank of Dad' is now closed
(It's empty)
