Up early?

Morning. Not sure what I'm doing up at this time when I don't need to be. The joys of insomnia.

It's bloomin cold too. Barely above freezing at the moment with a bit of frost on the windscreens. Trying to talk myself into an early bimble.

No ice here

Good morning everyone. I have been staring at the ceiling since 3 am. I don't think i will ever have another night where i actually sleep. Oh well.

Morning all. Sorry to hear that, WD, (and Mo). I got an hour more than you, being awake from 4.00, but it's a rare event for me. I can sleep for England, and if I ever do wake up, some of my best design work and problem solving happens in those small hours. My wife verges on insomnia, seldom getting a full nights sleep. It's only been like this since the menopause. I don't have any answers, but I do have lots of sympathy for anyone who can't sleep.

This pretty much sums me up too. Bloomin annoying. It's not that I get tired and can't sleep.............more that I very rarely get really tired any more. I can switch the light of at 1am toss and turn for a couple of hours, doze off for couple of hours if I'm lucky then back up. Weird.

Anyhoo. I braved the chilly morning and had a lovely spin up around Loch Earn. Absolutely gorgeous.

I do some of my finest work during the night
I wrote the bones of a blog post in the early hours this morning, I log all my boring radio stuff if up after 1am.

Good on Loch Earn, my desktop has the view up Earn from NCN7 and I've been recommended the run along the lochside, one day.

Been busy, dust everywhere, new graphics card fitted etc.
The Pledge has been used well in the desk area,
settling down for a sport filled evening

Evening folks. I hope you all had a nice Sunday. I spent the day putting slates on my workshop roof, then rushed off to the film club in the next village to see an excellent film about Seretse Khama and his English wife Ruth. I forgot to leave time for a bike ride.
