Macaroni cheese - its a while since I made one of those. Excellent comfort food. Do you add anything to it? I sometimes add crispy bacon or slices of pickled walnuts.

Any answers? Or did they just prod you about, tell you to give up smoking, drinking, watching too much TV and to take some exercise? It's all my doc ever seems to say.
Asked what I'm taking, and they'll arrange the next appointment. Not much they can say until the test results are known though.

Been told to try and do less exercise by the previous one!

I do slimming world so I use the Pasta n Sauce packets (free food if made with water) but will add grilled (cremated) bacon bits and often frylight fried and crisped up onions. Never tired the pickled walnuts but will give them ago if you say they work :smile:
