Forster Square will be a five minute walk, downhill. Never been in either so can't really comment. Up the top end, where it tends to be quiet. Not too many of the "locals" going in.

Afternoon peeps its been nice and sunny here but chilly with the breeze, great views of the north east coast from the old train platform at Bowes railway eighton banks, seen a fella with a huge bird of pray on his arm, it was some kind of owl with black n white speckled feathers, shame I missed it flying, back home now loafing on the settee with a cuppa
