Hi @SteCenturion
Had a nice time, got a good amount of miles in, weather not brilliant but got a good number of rides in![]()
Worked in a bank and worked Bank Holidays. Baggage Handler, Bank Holidays worked.Glad you had a good time. Is it back to work on Tuesday or do you have to work Bank holidays? My daughter does (she works in Tool Station and it is apparently one of the busiest times).

I've been given a list of stuff to doIsn't this weekend the traditional busy time for DIY?
Apparently places like B+Q have one of the busiest weekends of the year at easter.

...our thoughts are with you!
I'm keeping my head down.I've been given a list of stuff to do
Not gone un-noticed......I'm keeping my head down.
I lived in Egypt for a bit and we used to get the Khamsin wind which deposited huge amounts of sand from the Sahara all over Cairo. The flat I lived in needed to be dusted daily. And at its height, we wouldn't even go out unless necessary. I suppose its the same thing? It was 27c today but due to drop to 22/23 tomorrow.
We are getting a light dust cloud at the moment. Cyprus is tucked between N Africa and the Middle East and gets sand storms from either at various times. This is the 2nd we've experienced. Luckily we don't have any problems that would get complicated by the dust but some folk aren't so lucky. A week or so before we arrived there was one so thick that there were sand banks in the car-parks and gutters for a while even after we got here - most people had had to stay indoors for 2 or 3 days because of that one so it must have been quite unreal!!
Yeah, well that's it. Everyone starts doing DIY. Odd really. I prefer the real thing. (oops - that was a bit naughty!).Isn't this weekend the traditional busy time for DIY?
