Good afternoon from cloudy Maidstone. Back from dog agility classes. He's getting the hang of it. I'm knackered!

Yes, well, simmered - I wouldn't recommend it as a cooking method for chicken breasts for humans (it comes out very bland) but its best for dogs who don't need additional cooking oil or seasonings.
I had it in a restaurant in Beijing years ago.

The chicken was chopped into small pieces and dropped in a pot on a burner in the middle of the table.

Half was mild, and half was hot chillis.

Everyone stuck their chopsticks in and helped themselves.

I'll mention this fact to Mrs Pete.... :headshake:
Bet you did something today, that yesterday you said you'd do tomorrow though.

And I get the feeling you don't quite believe me either.

Well, according to the Bible.
"The Hebrew day (yom) begins at sundown, when three stars become visible in the sky (the rabbis reasoned that the day begins at sunset based on the description of God's activity in creation, "and the evening and the morning were the first day," Genesis 1:5). Evening is sometimes defined as the late afternoon, that is, between 3:00 pm to sundown."

So in theory you could be decorating now! Sunset down your end at 21:07
