Ok have returned. Hot and sweaty. Not my best effort to date. My ap paused itself after only a couple of miles and never restarted, my saddle kept moving down and I only managed to get it right when I was only 4 miles from home, the saddle kept moving up and down. Will have to get /force Mr WD to look at it for me, then I got cramp. Apart from All that, it was good.

Believe me, I can't run (or at least I don't think I can). I haven't attempted to run for at least 20 years. Walking caused it. I'm old...
