Good afternoon. Back in Kent to discover my son had an 'episode' and smashed up the heating thermostat. He thought it was too hot in the house. In fact the heating wasn't even coming on as the weather was so warm. I think I've mentioned before that he is mentally ill and taking anti psychotics etc. Not much I can do about it as he is an adult. He is stuck here indefinitely... 
Anyway, thankfully it still is quite warm so we can manage until British Gas come and replace the thermostat. Other news: my partner has now officially retired so its all going to be a bit different around here.
Oh...the sun has just come out!
