I heard today that the Government are going to deliberately keep the value of the £ to € low so as to appease Nissan, 80% of Nissans Sunderland plant production is exported so Nissan win, Brits lose, apart from the 7000 working at the plant.

Anyway, more importantly, on the news today it seems that tea prices will rise due to the Brexit falling pound. Typhoo executive interviewed saying that rising prices of tea will need to be passed on to consumers.

It's called a 'Brexcuse'
Any chance to bung the prices up a bit !!

Thanks,I'm going to delete the first post today,as I don't want to give the bad impression of one group of people.
That's not fair,as I heard it from other sources and I make my own mind up.
There are bad elements in every society.
Hopefully if anyone has quoted it,they will delete it too

On a lighter note,there is a wee shop I go to on Dumbarton Road on work days.
It's just been taken over by a Romanian(I think) couple,and my eyes lit up with all the delights of the day.
The array of meats has me drooling every time I go in
I had to laugh last week as I opened my bag of stuff when I got home,as underneath the stuff I bought there was two bananas
He had given me them for free.Nice one.
