Cripes, sorry to hear that. I hope you got some good painkillers. I suppose there's little to do other than take pain killers and rest up. I'll be thinking of you and hoping you improve quickly. FWIW have a
OUCH!! How did you do that? The docs don't even do much with broken ribs now, do they. They just say 'Yep, they're broken'
Thank you all! It could be worse. I'm taking ibuprofen & paracetamol together and coping. What happened was I tripped over the base rung of the baby gate. Why have I got a baby gate? To keep dog out of front room where he barks his head off at any passer-by.
