That's what they say in the Toon ye knaaa like man!Just walked home from the pub at 2am in a t-shirt up top and felt overdressed. Superb climate.
Back in my running days I competed a couple of times in an international cc at Gateshead and the team stayed at the Riverside hotel. Saturday night was always a good pub-crawl in town and despite it being this time of year we joined the locals in walking from pub to pub dressed like it was Summer - happy days!That's what they say in the Toon ye knaaa like man!

Pub Crawl before or after the run?Back in my running days I competed a couple of times in an international cc at Gateshead and the team stayed at the Riverside hotel. Always after! Indeed, if Newcastle had a home game it was also after a trip to St James' Park.

All eaten! The dog had the scraps. It was only a half shoulder. So I won't be able to give anyone the 'cold shoulder' tomorrow.
Tomorrow is more freezer emptying pot-luck. Well in fact the shoulder was also part of the freezer clearing out.
