Good afternoon. Its rather grey today but maybe a tad warmer. Pot roasted pheasant tonight... its a long time since I last ate pheasant. I'm going to make a blackberry and wine jus (sauce) to go with it. And maybe bread sauce too.

Maybe I should post more of the Greek songs I'm learning with full lyrics in Greek accompanied by my translations into English. That would improve things, wouldn't it?

Yeah, no problem with the apartment.

However, because of the rain I decided my daily exercise would be a workout up and down the stairwell of the apartment block. What with it being an enclosed space I ended up wetter than had I gone hiking in the rain!

It was a good workout though.
