and, maybe, even another.Just been down to the shops and it's like high summer in Ireland. I think I'll enjoy my 2hr hike along the coast this afternoon as the Med looks majestic.

Good afternoon fun-lovers. Off to eat oysters soon. The fish stall (from Lowestoft) sell them in Saffron Walden market and provide bread and glasses for wine (bring your own wine).

No, 'high summer' is the two days when we get good weather and people say "it's high time we got some good weather". Unfortuately the 2 days can't be specified as they can arrive any time between April and September!

Oysters were not had! It was whistling a wind around the market and the only seats available were getting the full blast. Went to Wetherspoon instead and shared a bottle of Pino Grigio. Left-over pheasant tonight with jerusalem artichokes, and sprouts.
