I would like a variety pack of continental jams.Reminds me of a 24/12 about 45 years ago when I left getting a gift for a SIL until closing time. Shopping was a more primitive experience in NI back then and the only thing left in the shop was a variety pack of continental jams. I thought, aw fec it that will do, and made the purchase. Had I ever had any shame the look on her face would have withered me and made me drop dead on the spot. However, I'm still here and laughing about it!

Good morning all.
Last night was nearly as bad as a winters night in Ireland. The temperature is about 4c under the seasonal, the rain was lashing down and I have a cold. Oh well, 3 days of feasting and drinking will start tomorrow so I think I'll have fun even if my cold stops the singing.

Yes, it's my old Defy 2 which my son has bought from me. Lovely bike ! Happy riding

Eat pancakes for breakfast with No1 granddaughter.
Fill car up with petrol.
Entertain poorly grandson whilst Mrs Pete and granddaughter do girly things, like shopping and looking at shiny trinkets.
(Blimey! I can see the bruise on that apple from here!!)
